Product Description

This Fusion Splice-on Connector functions as an optical fiber fusion with the welding point located inside the connector, eliminating the need for additional protection equipment. The factory pre-polished ferrule removes the requirement for field polishing, adhesives, and crimping, reducing operator error and connector scrap. Compared to mechanical fast connectors, this design improves lifespan and reduces maintenance costs.

The embedded optical fiber ensures precise factory polishing of the ceramic face, with controlled radius of curvature, apex offset, and fiber end projection. High concentricity ceramic ferrule guarantees low insertion loss and high return loss. The V-groove cutting mechanism and refractive index matching cream ensure high stability and performance.
