The SMF G657A1 PLC Fiber Optic Splitter (1×8) is a passive optical power management component designed to uniformly split a single incoming fiber optic light beam into eight output paths. Based on Planar Lightwave Circuit (PLC) technology, it delivers reliable, consistent performance for FTTH and FTTx deployments.

Housed in a rugged ABS black plastic box, this splitter provides robust protection for the internal silica optical waveguide chip and fiber arrays. It is ideal for standard fiber-to-the-home (FTTx) networks, data communications, and outdoor distribution boxes.
