LC Uniboot Connector Features
As the most compact connectors in the industry, LC Uniboot connectors are available in single, multimode, and APC applications. The extended longer latch on top of the connector body facilitates easy disengagement from adapters, even in high-density packaging environments.
LC Uniboot connectors utilize stainless stop-ring and crimp-ring structures to provide superior retention force between connector and cable.
Innovative Design
LC Uniboot is a duplex switchable connector featuring a unique design that accommodates round style, 2mm or 3mm jacketed cable instead of traditional zipcord duplex cable for more compact installations.
The housing of the LC Duplex Switchable Connector can be field-disassembled without special tooling. This duplex LC design allows fiber polarity to be switched during cable assembly installation without requiring re-termination of connectors.
The single piece design fits all duplex and simplex adapters. By using a single cable with two fibers, installers can reduce cable count and weight by 50%. This design is ideal for data centers with high cable counts and limited space.

The Multimode graded index optical fiber patch-cord is optimized for interconnection of SAN switches, networking equipment and Fibre Channel devices requiring up to 10Gbps data transmission.
