Filter Wavelength Division Multiplexer FTTH/FTTx 1310/1550/1490nm EPON FWDM Filter WDM
Filter-based Wavelength Division Multiplexer (FWDM) utilizes Thin Film Filter (TFF) technology to combine or separate light at different wavelengths across a wide spectrum. These devices are extensively used in EDFA, Raman amplifiers, and WDM optical networks, offering exceptional performance for FTTx applications.
Our FWDM multiplexers provide low insertion loss, minimal polarization dependence, high isolation, and excellent environmental stability. The FTTH/FTTx 1310/1550nm FWDM enables multiplexing and de-multiplexing of 1310nm and 1550nm optical signals, expanding single fiber capacity for bidirectional communication in network upgrades and comprehensive service integration.
In GEPON systems operating on 1310/1490nm, CATV signals are delivered using 1550nm wavelength, with FWDM facilitating the signal mixing process.
